JP Madsen launched in 2021 initially serving as my freelance consultancy business. I later decided to pivot this web site into a more personal space where I can share exciting insights inspired by client related business cases and my own development projects.

I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, and I have accumulated years of experience within the IT- and management consultancy industry serving clients from various sectors. Furthermore, I have a strong passion for developing web applications based on R or Python, often within the fields of data science, machine learning and/or supply chain analytics.

The popularity of the quote speaks for itself – it resonates with most people, as we tend to seek out the more complex solutions to solve complex problems. Meanwhile, the true art lies in translating complex problems into simple solutions, enabling a swift and manageable transition from old to new settings.
